Delicious and Calcium Cheese Biscuits
1.
Chop the cheese for later use. Sprinkle some low flour when cutting it so that it can be cut into small cubes and will not stick together. Do not use a thin and sharp knife to cut it. Use a slightly thicker knife to cut it.
2.
After the butter has softened, add powdered sugar and salt, and beat with a whisk until the volume is puffy and the color is slightly whitish.
3.
Add the beaten eggs and continue to beat with a whisk until the eggs and butter are completely mixed.
Pour the shredded cheese slices into the whipped butter and mix well.
Sift in low-gluten flour, and mix into dough.

6.
Oven at 170 degrees, 15 minutes.
