Delicious Bagelf Nut Butter Cookies
1.
Remove the baguette butter from the package, take the corresponding amount, cut into small pieces, and let it soften at room temperature. (The butter used in this recipe is Baijifu light butter. Because Baijifu butter is rich in milk, the butter cookies made are very creamy. There are scales on the packaging of Baijifu butter products, just cut along the scale. )
2.
Add sugar to Baijifu light butter.
3.
Beat with an electric whisk until the Baijifu butter is fluffy and lighter in color.
4.
Add whole egg liquid (can be added all at once).
5.
Continue to beat with an electric whisk until the Baijifu butter and eggs are completely fused, showing a fluffy and delicate state.
6.
Sift the low-gluten flour into the butter.
7.
Add almond powder. Increase the flavor of butter cookies.
8.
Use a spatula to mix well, so that the powder and Baijifu butter are completely mixed. Then add the chopped nuts.
9.
Continue to mix well and it will become a butter cookie batter.
10.
Put the butter cookie batter on the greased paper and shape it into a long strip by hand. Put it in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator and freeze for about 1 and a half hours until it becomes hard.
11.
Take out the frozen dough and cut into 0.6cm thick slices.
12.
Arrange the butter cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, put them in a preheated 180°C oven, and bake them for about 20 minutes until they turn golden brown.
13.
Keep it cool and put it in a sealed box or bag to prevent it from getting damp and no longer crisp.
