There are so many kinds of noodle soup, the simplest is scallion noodles, as long as the most basic ingredients can taste happiness. Tips:

1. Kidney beans are also called snap beans. They must be cooked before they can be eaten, otherwise they will be poisoned.
2. Don't cut the kidney beans too thickly or not, but cut them slightly thinner and ripen quickly.
3. When the egg flower is in the pot, don't stir it in a hurry, just wait for it to open and stir a few more times, otherwise the egg will be very broken and the soup will be broken.
