Delicious Braised Chicken in Abalone Sauce

Cut the chicken into pieces.

Cut the potato into pieces, slice the onion, and prepare the ginger and garlic.

Start the frying pan, saute the ginger and garlic, and stir-fry the chicken.

The skin of the chicken to be fried turns yellow, then add potatoes and onions and stir-fry them together.
5.
Add proper amount of abalone juice, add proper amount of water to boil.
6.
Simmer for 15 minutes on medium and small heat.
7.
After it's cooked, the juice will be collected on high heat.
