Delicious Burger

Yeast melts with warm water at 35 degrees!

Mix high-gluten flour, sugar and salt, add the yeast water, and make the noodles!

Knead it into a dough and knead it for a while.

When it comes to the expansion stage, add softened butter. I added the butter in three batches! (Can also be added at once)

Knead it into a film like this! Put it in the oven for fermentation, fermentation function, time for one hour (because I am now when the indoor temperature is the lowest)

Look at the picture, after the fermentation is complete, touch the dry noodle with your hand, as shown in the picture (there are two pits that are not smooth, which I can press on the non-stick noodle), and the fermentation will be twice as big.

Divide into equal portions, put the burger on the upper layer of the oven, and a bowl of hot water on the lower layer, and ferment for 30 minutes!

The fermentation is finished! Apply egg wash!

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes! Put it in the middle of the oven and heat it up and down for 170, 12 minutes!
Tips:
1. When kneading noodles, you can beat them! Just keep kneading for 40 minutes!
2. It can be made with ordinary flour and it is also delicious!
