Delicious Chicken Roll

A large piece of chicken breast, wash.

Cut into thick strips about 15 cm long.

Marinate the chicken in the marinade for half an hour to taste. You can use cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper, salt, starch and mix well.

Beat the flour into the eggs, add a little black pepper and salt, and add an appropriate amount of water to make a runny batter.

Wash the lettuce and cucumber separately and set aside.

Preheat both sides of the mold and apply a thin layer of oil. Pour a little batter in the middle part.

Put the lid on and heat up on low heat. About half a minute per side will do.

Pour a little oil in the pan, spread the marinated chicken in the pan and fry until cooked. Turn the noodles a few times in the middle, and the chicken will turn white.

Put lettuce, cucumber strips, and a piece of chicken to roll up.
Tips:
1. The batter should not be too thin and run barely.
2. The chicken breast is very well cooked, just see the discoloration and whitening, it will be old after a long time. You can also deep-fry the chicken and roll it up, which is more delicious. I find it troublesome.
