Use the most common ingredients around you to make fresh, crispy and tender fried chicken legs. It doesn’t need oil, and it can grate the excess fat out of the chicken legs, but it’s very healthy~

Delicious Crispy Chicken Drumsticks (simple Oil-free Version)

1. Soak the chicken thighs for 30 minutes to drain the blood and wash them off. Make a few knives on both sides for the flavor.

2. Stir the cooking wine, salt, pepper, and soy sauce with your clean hands, and marinate the chicken legs for about 30 minutes. The longer the marinating time, the more delicious it will be.

3. Put the chicken legs in an air fryer, adjust the temperature to 180°, and fry for 15 minutes.

4. Put the soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl and stir to make a sauce, set aside.

5. Take the chicken legs out and brush them with sauce.

6. Put the chicken legs in the air fryer again, adjust the temperature to 160°, and fry for 10-15 minutes.

7. Finally, sprinkle white sesame seeds on the plate and eat~

8. I didn’t put a bit of oil, and I grate the oil from the drumsticks~

Tips:

Note: I use Beichen air fryer, and the time and temperature are set according to the actual situation of the pot.
