Delicious Curry Rice

The rice is cooked ahead of time. Be sure to use hot fresh rice! The rice can be cooked slightly harder than usual. Bibimbap is flavored only when the grains of bibimbap are cooked. Because the curry paste of the rice bowl is also sticky. If the rice is too soft. Mix it together and it will taste the same as porridge! Lost the beauty of that little curry.

A large collection of ingredients, onions, carrots, potatoes, meat, all diced and set aside, the size is shown in the figure, before I had time to buy chicken, I used lean pork instead. What kind of meat can be used according to your taste.

When the curry cubes are completely melted, turn on the heat and simmer for three minutes on low heat until the curry paste becomes thick and viscous. That's it. (A delicious curry paste should be moderately thick and thin! If it is too thin, continue to stir fry over low heat, if it is too dry, add more water.)

After the curry is cooked. The rice is already cooked. Fill the rice in a small round bowl that you usually eat, press it and then pour it into the bowl.
