Delicious Dumplings

Buy pork belly. First chop the pork into puree, then add two teaspoons of water, appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, oil consumption, and oil for marinating, about half an hour!

Tips:
1. If you make this leek dumpling, you have to proportion it! About half a catty of pork, one catty of leeks! If there is too much pork, the dumplings you bite into will not be juicy
2. The pork must be chopped into puree, and the leeks should not be too big or too small.
3. I think steaming is more fragrant, and it is relatively close when cooked, haha.
