Delicious Grass Carp

Scrap the scales of grass carp and wash it (bought a small grass carp)

Cut evenly. (Fish head cut in half)

Pour appropriate amount of light soy sauce, consume oil, 2 tablespoons of salt, stir well, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Strain the marinated water.

Pour an appropriate amount of cornstarch and mix well with the fish pieces.

Beat 2 eggs into the bowl and mix well.
