Delicious Grilled Cold Noodles

Cut the chopped green onion into small pieces and slice the intestines. Because my intestines are frozen in the refrigerator, it is easy to cook when cut into slices. If it is a ham sausage that can be eaten directly, you can cut it without cutting it. Garlic hot sauce and sweet noodle sauce, add a little sugar and vinegar and mix well

Put the cold noodles in an electric baking pan, and put aside a part of the two slices together to prevent the eggs from leaking out when putting them in. Brush the cold surface with a layer of water so that the hard cold surface will become soft

Beat in the eggs, evenly spread the whole piece of cold noodles

Sprinkle in black sesame seeds, turn over after the egg has solidified slightly

Brush a little bit of water, (if the cold noodles are not very hard, you don’t need to brush water) evenly spread the sauce and sprinkle in the chopped green onion

It is estimated that after the eggs are completely set, put the intestines on a cold surface and stack them before serving on a plate. For convenience, I divided the cold noodles into small pieces with a spatula~
