Delicious Homemade Black Fungus Braised Pork Ribs

Ingredients: ribs, fungus, ginger and spring onions, season sauce, corn starch, light soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine.

The ribs are mixed well with season sauce, corn starch, light soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, and a little peanut oil. Marinate for 20 minutes.

Soak dry fungus, wash and set aside.

Marinate the ribs for 20 minutes.

Put ginger slices in a dry pan, and stir fry for a while.

Tips:
You can put a spoon in cooking wine or rice wine. The ribs are more fragrant and easier to simmer. If you like spiciness, you can add chili or hot sauce and simmer.
