Delicious Homemade Fish Stew
1.
Wash the crucian carp
2.
Use kitchen scissors to cut off the fins to avoid mashing the pan when frying the fish. Make a knife on the fish’s neck to pull the fish line out.
3.
Fry it after changing the flower knife, and just have the coke edges on both sides. Quickly pour a tablespoon of vinegar, cover with vinegar and simmer, add water after the vinegar is simmered, add dark soy sauce and appropriate amount
4.
Shred ginger, slice garlic, add to fish, simmer on medium-low heat after boiling, add salt and chicken essence after half of the soup
5.
After the soup is collected, serve it out and eat it! When I coaxed a child, my husband made the pot look muddled, and the fish was a bit broken. But don't delay eating! It's still delicious!
Tips:
The vinegar stew is a key step, and it's awesome to get rid of the fishy!
