I tried the mashed potato version of Pizza before. It was very soft and waxy. One day, I suddenly remembered the corn brand I had when I was a child. I simply came to the corn brand Pizza, which was delicious and low-calorie.

The tomato sauce is homemade. The recipe is tomato sauce in the link below, not Ketchup with French fries! There may be everything you want to know about ketchup.

The recipe is six-inch. The six-inch live-bottom cake mold I used, if you don’t have one, you can use the baking pan directly. The obsessive-compulsive disorder is to make a perfect round shape. Don't use it if the mold is not a live bottom. Not easy to demold

In addition, I want to give cheese a name. Many babies in the fat-reduction period will think that cheese is a great taboo for weight loss, and they will get fat as soon as they eat it. In fact, cheese is fermented milk in terms of technology, and concentrated milk in terms of nutrients. It perfectly retains the essence of milk with high nutritional value. And the whey protein and casein contained in it are both high-quality proteins, which can give muscle function very well. The only thing that is not so good is that the fat in cheese is saturated fat. Long-term excessive intake will make you fat and increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. But pay attention to "long-term" and "excessive", but we can choose those saturated fats. Low cheeses, such as Quark and mozzarella, which are commonly used in pizza, and Mascarpone, cream cheese, which is commonly used in desserts, and the familiar cuts. It’s better to eat less cheddar.

2. After roasting the corn bottom, first brush a layer of tomato sauce, then spread any toppings you want, and finally sprinkle a layer of low-fat mozzarella cheese.

The pizza ingredients I use are pepperoni, sliced turkey sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers and black olives.

3. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes, demould, and serve.
If the corn at the bottom is too soft and want to eat a little bit crisper, you can extend the roasting time appropriately.

4. The sweet corn kernels are paired with various salty toppings, one bite down, a new pizza experience! So satisfied.

Tips:

1⃣️If you don't have an oven, you can cook it directly in a pan. After frying the corn, cut the mushrooms into thin slices, and use cooked sausage for the meat. Finally, cover the lid and simmer it over low heat. Just open the lid and bake it over high heat to dry the moisture!
2⃣️It's so delicious, if you don't try it, what are you waiting for~~
