Delicious Low-calorie [corn-fried Pizza] with Homemade Low-calorie Pizza and Tomato Sauce
1.
1⃣️Brush the bottom of the baking pan to facilitate demoulding
2⃣️The corn kernels and starch are mixed thoroughly (the novice can add another egg yolk if they are worried that it will fall apart)
Flatten with a spoon
3⃣️ Put it in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 10 minutes to set
2.
After roasting the corn bottom, first brush a layer of tomato sauce, then spread any toppings you want, and finally sprinkle a layer of low-fat mozzarella cheese.
The pizza ingredients I use are pepperoni, sliced turkey sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers and black olives.
3.
Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes, demould, and serve.
If the corn at the bottom is too soft and want to eat a little bit crisper, you can extend the roasting time appropriately.
4.
The sweet corn kernels are paired with various salty toppings, one bite down, a new pizza experience! So satisfied.
Tips:
1⃣️If you don't have an oven, you can cook it directly in a pan. After frying the corn, cut the mushrooms into thin slices, and use cooked sausage for the meat. Finally, cover the lid and simmer it over low heat. Just open the lid and bake it over high heat to dry the moisture!
2⃣️It's so delicious, if you don't try it, what are you waiting for~~
