Delicious Nut Muffins

Eggs, milk, sugar, salt, low-gluten flour, and baking powder are fully mixed together. After the pan is heated on high heat, place it on a wet towel to cool without oil, so that the color of the muffins will be even and beautiful. Turn on a low fire and mix. The good batter is raised about 30cm high and slowly flows into the pot.

After heating for about three minutes, small bubbles appear on the surface. Turn on the other side and continue heating on a low heat. The surface will be golden for about two minutes.

Add some condensed milk to each layer.

Repeat the above steps to fry 5 layers.
