Delicious Pork Floss Rolls

Put all the dough materials except butter in the bread bucket, put the salt and sugar diagonally, put the yeast on the top, start the bread machine and start kneading the dough

After kneading for half an hour, add the pre-softened butter

Continue to knead the dough for another half an hour to reach the film state, the whole process of kneading for a total of one hour

Prove directly in the bread bucket to 2.5 times the original size, start the bread machine again to knead the dough for 5 minutes to vent the dough

Knead the dough after venting and cover with cling film to relax for 20 minutes
