Delicious Small Stir-fry-spicy River Prawns
1.
A moderate amount of fresh river prawns.
2.
Garlic cloves, Chinese pepper, sesame pepper, and chili peppers are each appropriate. Slice garlic and cut red pepper into diagonal strips.
3.
Ground ginger, red and green peppers.
4.
Split the dried red pepper.
5.
The oil is hot, and the pepper and sesame pepper fry the flavor. (Can't fry, it's bitter)
6.
Add garlic slices, minced ginger and red pepper and saute until fragrant.
7.
Add the dried red pepper, add a spoonful of oyster sauce and stir well.
8.
Pour in a bowl of boiling water.
9.
Half a spoon of soy sauce.
10.
Half a spoon of light soy sauce, three pieces of rock sugar.
11.
Spoonful of salt.
12.
Bring to a boil, pour the river prawns and stir fry.
13.
Stir-fry for about two minutes, the river prawns will turn ruddy. (You can't fry it old, otherwise you will lose the deliciousness of the shrimp.)
14.
Turn off the heat, pour in an appropriate amount of sesame pepper powder, stir well and take out the pot.
15.
Platter.
