"Borscht" is delicious but difficult to make. If you simply boil the condiments in one pot, it can only be called "mixed vegetable soup." Borscht is a kind of soup that can be seen everywhere in Eastern European countries such as Russia and Poland. It is sour and sweet. It is a characteristic of the soup. It is delicious enough to be eaten with bread.

Delicious Soup-borscht

1. Beef cut into small pieces and blanch with cold water

2. After blanching, rinse and add water and simmer for 2 hours until tender

3. Onions, potatoes, peeled tomatoes, carrots, diced the same size

4. Put an appropriate amount of butter and vegetable oil in the pot and heat until the butter melts

5. Stir fry with onion for a fragrant flavor

6. Continue to add potatoes, carrots, tomatoes and stir fry

7. Pour the potatoes, carrots, and tomatoes into a boiled beef pot, continue to cook and stew for more than half an hour, and the potatoes and carrots will become soft.

8. In another pot, let the water dry, add oil, add flour, and stir-fry evenly on low heat
