Delicious Sushi Rolls

Cut the cucumber and ham into strips.

Prepare seaweed, pork floss, and salad dressing for sushi.

Mix rice vinegar and white sugar until the sugar melts. If there is sushi vinegar, this step is omitted.

Put the rice in a bowl and stir well.
5.
Spread nori on the sushi curtain.
6.
Put a layer of rice evenly.
7.
Put on the ham and cucumber, squeeze the salad dressing and mustard sauce, and sprinkle the pork floss.
8.
Roll up from the end where the ham is placed. Roll into a roll.
9.
Use the sushi curtain to roll it up and fix it.
10.
Dip a knife in water and cut into sushi no more than 1 cm thick.
