Delicious Walnut Crisp

Prepare ingredients. Mix the flour, baking soda and baking powder through a sieve, fry the walnuts in a pan, then chop and set aside

Mix the sugar, oil, and eggs evenly, and use a manual whisk to mix into a paste. Note, leave 20g of egg liquid for later use.

After the flour is mixed with baking soda and baking powder, sieve again, mix into the egg mixture, and mix well with a mixing spatula.

Put greased paper on the baking tray, and then divide the dough into 20g-sized agents and squeeze it with the palm of your hand.

Sprinkle some black sesame seeds, and then evenly brush the egg liquid left over on the top of the cake.

Put it in the middle of the oven and heat up and down at 180 degrees for 12 minutes

Serve on a plate
