Dendrobium Chicken Soup
1.
The bought native chicken (prepared) is cleaned, nails and buttocks are removed, and it is soaked in water for 1 hour
2.
Boil water in a stock pot, put the chicken in, and add ginger slices
3.
Add the pre-soaked and washed Dendrobium, red dates and wolfberry and simmer for 2 hours
4.
The stewed chicken tastes no taste, let's adjust the sauce. Chop the chives, ginger, and garlic into minced pieces separately, heat the oil in a separate pot, pour the hot oil on top when it smokes, and then add 4 tablespoons of light soy sauce and stir evenly
5.
When the chicken broth is simmered, add some salt to adjust the flavor. The soup is delicious, the chicken is soft and rotten, and the fragrant dipping water makes the chicken taste delicious
