Dessert with Fragrance on The Cheeks-milk Soft-boiled Eggs
1.
Pour the water into the rice cooker and boil, while preparing the ingredients, pour the milk into the container. After the water is boiled, beat in the egg (note that the egg is close to the surface of the water and gently beat in to ensure that the yolk is wrapped in the egg white)
2.
Cover the pot and cook for 3 minutes. During this time, remove the lid from time to time and pour the hot water on top of the eggs, being careful not to stir the eggs
3.
When the surface of the egg is translucent and solidified, it is placed in a container for milk
4.
Add a spoonful of sugar and mix well
5.
After a bite, the egg yolk is thick and the cheeks and teeth are fragrant.
Tips:
1. White sugar can be replaced with brown sugar or honey, which can be increased or decreased according to personal taste
2. The egg is close to the surface of the water and gently beat in to ensure that the yolk will not flow
3. If you like to eat something with an older taste, you can extend the cooking time appropriately
4. If there is no milk, you can use water for boiled eggs instead
5. Use a flat spoon for rice to fill out the egg completely to prevent the yolk from flowing out
