Diced Chicken with Mushrooms

Wash the mushrooms and soak them in warm water.

Wash the chicken thighs with clean water.

Cut the chicken thigh into small pieces.

Add the right amount of cornstarch and condiments.

Stir and marinate for half an hour.

Dice corn, dice carrots, shredded mushrooms, and dice green onions.

Heat oil in the pot, add the diced chicken, and start frying.

Fry until the surface is slightly yellow, drain the oil and remove it temporarily.

With a little oil in the bottom of the pan, fry the mushrooms a few times.
