Diced Chicken with Peppers and Mushrooms

Prepare materials.

Dice the chicken.

Add salt, sugar, cooking wine, pepper and a little oil to the diced chicken and marinate for a while.

Wash and slice mushrooms.

Cut the red pepper into small pieces and slice the garlic into one.

Add oil in a hot pan, add the chicken diced and stir-fry it to change color and serve (it does not matter if some parts are not fully cooked).
