A quick homemade stir-fry that is delicious and ready for dinner, you can try it if you like it!

Diced Pork Stir-fry

1. Wash the edamame, put it in a pot and cook it, remove it after cooking, peel out the beans, and set aside

2. Dice the tenderloin, add salt, cooking wine, and pepper to mix well by hand, then add 20 grams of egg white to mix well, and finally add cornstarch to mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes

3. Dice dried tofu, red pepper, mince garlic and ginger

4. Heat the pan with cold oil, add dried tofu and fry, fry until both sides are slightly yellow, set aside

5. Hot oil and cold oil, then add the diced meat and stir fry, fry until the color changes, out of the pan, set aside

6. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the minced garlic and fry the minced ginger for a fragrance, then add the red pepper and stir fry

7. Add edamame and stir fry

8. Add tofu and stir fry

9. Add the diced meat and stir-fry well, add sugar, salt and stir-fry well

10. Add a little water and starch to thicken, and get out of the pot

Tips:

Edamame is cooked first and then peeled to ensure that the nutrients of the beans are not lost.
