Diced Potatoes with Sauce

Prepare all ingredients.

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes.
3.
Dices the carrot and cucumber separately
4.
Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan, add diced potatoes and fry.

Fry the diced potatoes with golden skin, add the diced carrots and continue frying.

Stir-fry until the carrots are soft, add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry evenly.
7.
Stir-fry until the potatoes and carrots are evenly coated with bean paste. Add the diced cucumber.

Tips:
The bean paste is already very salty, so don't add any more salt.
