1. Ingredients.

2. Cut pineapple into strips and slice green onion and ginger.

3. Cut the tenderloin into thick strips, add cornstarch, the egg white of an egg, salt and appropriate amount of water, and marinate for a while.

4. Prepare sweet and sour sauce, aged vinegar, balsamic vinegar, sugar, tomato paste and pineapple juice in a bowl, stir well and set aside.
