Dipping Vegetables

Wash the Ercai and cut it in half. The Ercai I bought is a bit big, I cut 4 halves

Put water in the pot to boil, put a little salt in the water, and blanch the vegetables for a little more time, so that they are basically cooked

Remove and rinse with cold boiled water, control the moisture and place it on a plate, chop the small dried red peppers into a small bowl, and pour in the seafood soy sauce.
