Dirty Bag

Put all the ingredients except butter in the same and knead;

Add butter

Knead until the dough comes out of the film;

Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour;

Roll the butter into square pieces;

Roll out the refrigerated dough;

Place the butter cube in the center;

Folded up and wrapped in butter;

Roll it out and fold it up again, repeat the folding three times;

Stir the eggs, milk, low flour, corn flour and sugar;

After heating and forming, add chocolate and cook on low heat until it becomes a sauce;

Take out the dough and cut into six portions;

Squeeze the chocolate custard sauce and roll up from bottom to top;

Continue to ferment for 35 minutes;

Preheat up and down to 190 degrees, bake for 30 minutes;

Boil dark chocolate and light cream in water until thick;

Spread a layer of chocolate sauce, then sprinkle a layer of cocoa powder. (I forgot to disperse this, and the remaining cocoa powder was accidentally thrown into the trash can)
