Dish of Bean Curd Siu Mai

Rinse the dish of bean curd a little bit, wash off the dust on the surface, put it in a bowl, pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water and soak for about ten minutes.

Clean the glutinous rice, pour it into the water of soaking butterfly pea flowers, and soak it overnight for at least eight hours, so that the glutinous rice can fully dye the color. If the temperature is relatively high, you can soak the glutinous rice in the refrigerator. Put the soaked glutinous rice in a steamer and steam it over water.

After the vegetables are blanched, put them in a pot and stir-fry the water. Pour in the glutinous rice and stir-fry together. Then add salt to taste, stir-fry and serve as a filling.

Put seven or eight pieces of wonton wrappers on the chopping board. Use a rolling pin to roll them horizontally and vertically to slightly thin the wonton wrappers. Use chopsticks to pick up a tuft of glutinous rice and place it in the middle of a piece of wonton wrapper.
