Dongpo Meat

Wash the pork belly and cut into pieces

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot. After the water boils, pour the pork belly and boil for 5 minutes.

Spread ginger slices on top of the green onions, and put green onions and ginger on the bottom to prevent it from sticking to the pan.

Add rock sugar and star anise cinnamon
