Donkey meat blanched with wine

Blanch and wash

Prepare dried tangerine peel, bay leaves, cinnamon, pepper, cloves

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic until fragrant, pour in donkey meat, stir-fry with wine, and stir-fry until it is a little dry, water and salt, and stir fry.

Pour the sauteed donkey meat into the pressure cooker, put the spices in the pot, add green onion knots, red dates, cover, the pressure cooker gas will turn off medium and low heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and wait for the pressure cooker to disappear and open the lid

Pour the donkey meat and soup from the pressure cooker into the soup pot, remove the oil from the noodle soup with the spoon, add salt, chicken essence, and pepper.
Tips:
I’m in a hurry, so I use a pressure cooker. If you have time, you can use a casserole to simmer for 2 hours. The taste is better. Add pepper, the soup tastes better
