Donkey Meat in Sauce

Wash the donkey meat, put onion, ginger, garlic, and blanch the cooking wine

After blanching the water, wash it clean, it’s too big, I cut it open, put it in clean water, add green onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, bay leaves

Bring to a boil, beat to remove the froth, and slowly remove it from the heat

If you don’t have enough water, you can add some boiling water. Use chopsticks to pierce it and it will be cooked.
