Donut

Put the water in the recipe in a bowl, bite it on the microwave until it feels warm, add sugar and yeast, stir well, let it stand for 15-20 minutes, pour it into the mixing bowl, then pour the flour, and stir until it becomes a dough;

Cut 2TBL of unsalted butter into thin slices and put it into the dough bowl, continue to stir until a piece of noodles can be pulled into a film;

Then put the dough in a large glass bowl, cover it with a thin film, and let the dough rise in a warm environment for 90 minutes. When the time is up, the dough will rise to about twice the original size. Take out the dough and sprinkle an appropriate amount of dry powder on the cutting board. Tips:
1. The last fermentation of noodles after styling is very important. Many people say why my bread can be delivered at the beginning, but it can't be made after baking. I think the final fermentation is not done well;
2. When frying the doughnuts, the oil should not be too low, otherwise the oil will absorb too much, and the heat should not be too high. After the noodles are cooked and cooked, the surface will be battered. Generally use between medium and low heat. I think the dough is too dark when it's just fried, so lower the fire.
