Children’s doughnuts are favorite, but I don’t like the doughnuts that are fried in a frying pan. They are too greasy. This is a healthy doughnut that does not need to be fried.

Donuts

1. Grease the mold for later use.

2. Material preparation.

3. Cut the butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature. Beat with a manual whisk until the color becomes lighter and the volume becomes larger.

4. Add powdered sugar and continue to beat with a manual whisk until fluffy.

5. Beat the eggs, add a small amount to the butter and mix well.

6. Sift in half of the mixed powder (low powder and baking powder mixed well in advance) and mix well.

7. Pour in half of the milk and mix well.

8. Sift in the remaining half of the powder and mix well.

9. Add the last half of the milk and mix well.

10. Put the batter into the piping bag, cut a small mouth, and squeeze the batter into the mold.

11. Shake a few times, put it into the preheated oven, 180° oven, middle level, upper and lower fire, and bake for 20-25 minutes.

12. Take out and let cool.

13. Perfect demoulding.

14. Chop various chocolates and set aside.

15. All kinds of dried fruits are reserved.

16. Melt the chocolate in water.

17. Put the donuts in a bowl and roll them around.

18. Take it out and put it on the net rack, and put a variety of dried fruits for decoration.
