Dorayaki

The raw materials are ready.

Pour all the sugar into the eggs and beat.

After 6 minutes.

Leave it for about 8 minutes, the lines will not disappear immediately.

Add milk and stir evenly.

Sift in the flour and mix well.

Heat the frying pan without oil. After heating the pan, change the heat to a low heat. Use a spoon to pour the roux into the frying pan and dilute.

Put red bean paste on it.

Tips:
1. This is a whole egg whipped, it takes a little time, but without baking powder, it is healthier.
2. Since the bean paste is sweet, I put less sugar in the dorayaki noodles.
