Douban Fish

Prepare the materials in the picture (the fish can be replaced according to your preferences).

Fish cutting knife, other materials are ready as shown.

Add oil to the pot and add the fish.

Fry on low heat until golden on both sides.

Add bean paste, ginger and garlic.
