Braised Fushou Fish

Get all the materials ready. (Fu Shou fish should be cleaned and submerged in salt for a while)

Pour oil into the pan, put the Fushou fish in the pan and fry
3.
Fry until the two sides are slightly yellow, add garlic and ginger
4.
After garlic and ginger are fragrant, add light soy sauce.
5.
Add appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
6.
Pour the chopped green and red peppers and green onions before harvesting the sauce over high heat
