Double Fondant Cake

Tips:
1. The egg whites should be beaten in a water-free and oil-free container. When stirring the beaten egg white and egg yolk mixture, you should pay attention and style, and pick from the bottom up;
2. When adding vinegar in home production, avoid adding tartar powder and other chemicals. Take the cake mold upside down immediately to avoid collapse;
3. I chose the chiffon cake embryo, of course, I can choose the cake body as I like; and my cake is not layered with other fruits or butter frosting, I am afraid that the finished fondant cake will be too sweet; these can be free Adjust as you like;
4. The cake crust of the fondant cake is directly used with fondant massecuite; while the decorations made need to be mixed with massecuite and dry pest in a 1:1 ratio, so that the decorations made are easier to shape and last;
5. The cream frosting used this time is relatively simple to operate. Note that when adding the egg whites, you need to stir one, and then add the next stir; the butter frosting can be used as a smoothing or middle sandwich, after smoothing Put it in the refrigerator to make it easier to shape;
6. Be careful when spreading the fondant crust on the cake. The roll must be big, bigger than the cake directly and 2 heights, and the extra side cut off, because if it is small, it cannot be completely covered and the sugar removed. Ointment will be wasted;
7. The shape of HOLLEKITY is actually relatively simple. You can pinch it yourself or use a mold. I made full use of it when I saw the sushi mold at home. I used it in my blog before. Because its head is heavier, it's best. Fix it with a toothpick; other decorations are free.
