Double Knot Roasted Pork

Pork belly.

Kelp and yuba knots are soaked half a day in advance.

Sweet noodle sauce, spring onion, ginger, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, star anise, cinnamon.

Cut the pork belly into large pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add pork belly, fry the oil on low heat until the surface of the meat turns yellow and tighten.

Add sliced green onion and ginger, stir fry for a few times, add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry well.

Add kelp and yuba knot, pour in enough boiling water, add star anise and cinnamon, bring to a boil, turn to medium heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

The sauce can be served after high heat.
Tips:
1. If you don't like the taste of the sauce, you can leave it alone and add a little salt.
