Double Mushroom Ham Tofu Soup

1. ·Ingredients·

1 piece of tofu, 150g seafood mushroom, 150g white jade mushroom, 30g diced ham
3g green onions, 2g coriander, 5g minced ginger, 5g sesame oil, 3g sugar, 3g salt, 30g water starch

2. Tofu is changed to knife and cut into pieces for later use

3. Boiled ginger, diced ham, and tofu cubes

4. After boiling again, add white jade mushrooms and seafood mushrooms

5. Sprinkle with sugar and salt to taste

6. Water starch thicken

7. Add green onion, coriander, sesame oil after boiling
