Double Mushroom Loofah

1. Ingredients: loofah.

2. Xiuzhen mushrooms (washed), fresh shiitake mushrooms (washed).

3. Peel the loofah and pour it with clean water.

4. Put it on the chopping board and cut into hob blocks, set aside.

5. Put the cleaned shiitake mushrooms on the chopping board and cut into slices.

6. Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat up, add the cut shiitake mushrooms and Xiuzhen mushrooms and stir fry.

7. Next, stir in the cut loofah, stir fry, and add some salt.

8. Saute and stir well, serve.
