Beaten eggs

Wash the green and red peppers, and the amount of green onions, as much as you like. Green and red peppers. All shallots are cut into small cubes. Don't be too broken.

Tips:
Steamed custard with boiling water is more tender, and one egg per small bowl of water is enough.
The amount of green and red peppers can be adjusted according to your preferences.
