Double Pepper Fried Chicken Gizzards

Add a spoonful of salt and rub the chicken gizzards, then remove the fascia, wash the slices, blanch in water, add light soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine, ginger, chopped pepper, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Shred the ginger and cut the pepper into pieces.

Heat oil in a pot and saute ginger and pepper.

Pour the chicken gizzards and stir fry quickly on high heat;

Add a spoonful of Pixian hot sauce and stir fry evenly. Add some salt and sugar to taste.

Tips:
1. The whole process needs to be stir-fried over high heat, so that the chicken gizzards taste good.
2. The chicken gizzards should be marinated first.
3. Pixian bean paste is salty, just add salt to taste.
