Double Pepper Ham and Egg Fried Rice

A plate of rice overnight.

Cut green peppers, red peppers, and ham into small cubes.

Beat two eggs into a pan and fry until cooked, then place them on a drill plate and chop them.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot for heating, add green peppers, red peppers, and diced ham and stir fry a few times.

Tips:
1. It is recommended to cook rice with Thai fragrant rice and keep it fresh overnight in the refrigerator. The fried rice will taste dry.
2. Try not to use soy sauce to make this fried rice, and only use light soy sauce to make the color better.
