Double Pepper Steamed Fish

Wash the fish, cut it open in the middle, and cut a few knives on the surface.

Cut some green onion and ginger, put it on the fish, pour it in the cooking wine and marinate for half an hour.

Cut some minced ginger and garlic.

Pour oil in the pan and saute the garlic until fragrant.

Pour in red chopped pepper, add a little salt and sauté until fragrant, pour it on top of the fish.

Green chopped peppers are also sautéed with minced garlic.

Pour it on the other half of the fish.

Put it in a steamer and steam for ten minutes on high heat.

There are no green onions, sprinkle a little garlic sprouts to improve the color.
