Double Pepper Tofu

1. Tofu, green and red chopped peppers, ginger, garlic, salt, cooking wine, and bean paste are set aside.

2. Wash the tofu and cut into pieces.

3. Heat the oil pan, add the tofu cubes.

4. Adjust to medium and small fire.

5. Fry until golden on both sides and serve.

6. In another oil pan, add the appropriate amount of chopped green and red chili, ginger, garlic, and bean paste.

7. After frying the aroma, pour in the fried tofu cubes.

8. After sautéing, add appropriate amount of water.

9. After the tofu is flavored, add some salt to the pan.
