Double Skin Milk

1. Cut the mango into half

2. Add proper amount of whole milk powder to whole milk and mix well
3.
3. Heat on a small fire until slightly bubbling, pour into a bowl to cool

4. Add white sugar to egg white, pour milk and stir well
5.
5. Pour back into the original bowl and steam for 12 minutes.
