Put all the main ingredients into the bread machine, and start the dough mixing program.

Knead into a smooth dough and add butter.

The dough is kneaded to the expansion stage and is ready for fermentation after reunion.

Prove until the dough is twice as large.

Take out the dough, ventilate, and let it stand for ten minutes.

Divide into four equal parts.

After fermentation, put it in the oven at 165 degrees for about 30 minutes.

The water absorption of flour is different, increase or decrease as appropriate. Ovens have different tempers, so please be considerate.
