Tips:
1. If you like sweet, you can add more sugar when making noodles. If you like brown sugar, you can also add brown sugar.
2. The warm water for making noodles should be 35-40 degrees Celsius. The dough can also be fermented in warm water and the fermentation time will be shorter.
